Unconvenience Trip

In the beginning 2011, I got unconvenience trip which would not forget in my life. My father has booked the tickets to Kuala Lumpur by Air Asia, and the flight schedule was at 11.45 am.

At 9 o'clock, we were ready and went to the airport at 10.50 am. When we reached the gate, my father asked the tickets to my mother. The, he read the tickets and suddenly, he got surprise and watched the clock, "Oh My God! We're late!!" he said. We were in hurry and got in to the check in desk. Unfortunatelly, the check in desk was closed. I saw my watch and it was 11.00 am. My father asked the check in crew for boarding but they said that the plane already took off. We got shock and looked each other.

My father asked us to get together, and re-looked the tickets carefully. The tickets stated that the flight to Kuala Lumpur will be 50 minutes and arrived at 11.45 am (local time). So there was a missreading by my father, when he read the tickets. The trip to Kuala Lumpur on that day was cancelled and we went back home.

My father tried to look for another ticket on the next day, and luckily, we got it. We went to Kuala Lumpur with different route. We flew from Pekanbaru to Medan. From Medan, we went to Batam, then we sailed to Singapore by ferry, and took the bus to Kuala Lumpur.

We went from Pekanbaru at 07.00 am, and arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 3.00 am, that was tiring trip which I ever got in my life. We had rest in hotel lobby while waiting the front desk opened for check in.
